Gunmen suspected to be bandits have kidnapped the Niger State Commissioner of Information, Alhaji Sani Idris. The Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Ahmed Ibrahim Matane, made this known to reporters on Monday in Minna, the state capital.
Matane noted that his colleague was kidnapped around 1:00 am at his hometown, Baban Tunga in Tafa Local Government Area of the state.

Mike Ozekhome (SAN), the lead lawyer for the embattled leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has tabled a fresh demand before the Department of State Services (DSS) over his client’s health status.
